Opening a New Congregation...

What you do:

STEP 1

Dr. Marocco's Office should be notified about the start-up

STEP 2

Fill-out "New Congregation Form"

Get approval signatures from Regional and Senior Global Pastor

STEP 3

Upon approval, administration will send electronic questionnaire to be completed in its entirety

STEP 4

Complete:

  • Insurance Form A - Insurance Request

  • Insurance Form B - Property coverage (If applicable)

Administration Teams:

  • Accounting will add new campus to Quickbooks, set up banking and location to make all deposits to, order deposit slips

  • Stewardship will add account to Ministry Platform, provide training, send paperwork to campus leads

  • Admin will set up Pushpay account, the team that will enter campus credit card giving, and train campus

  • Admin will set up shared OneDrive folder for monthly reports and annual budget, MP mobile attendance, and all training
